Delivery area

We deliver to addresses across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 1 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed. In some cases, delivery may take longer because of your location, courier capacity, public holidays, weather or other factors outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free across the UAE.

Order confirmation

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, so that your order can be delivered without delay.

Cash on delivery and check before you pay

We offer cash on delivery. When your parcel arrives, you can open it and check your item before paying. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you may refuse the delivery and you will not pay anything. Please have the correct amount ready when your order arrives.

Failed delivery attempts

If the courier cannot reach you or no one is available to receive the parcel, they will try to contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. If we cannot deliver after repeated attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, refuse it at the door or contact us as described in our Refund and Return Policy.
