Customers are responsible for choosing the correct strength and colour when ordering. If you order the wrong strength, see our Refund and Return Policy for exchange options.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and contact you.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may contact you to confirm your order details, for example by phone or WhatsApp, before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, or we cannot reach you to confirm.

We offer cash on delivery within the UAE. You may open and check your parcel before paying. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you may refuse it without payment. Please have the correct amount ready when your order arrives. Repeated refusal of valid orders may result in us declining future orders.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier capacity or other factors outside our control. Please provide a correct address and a working phone number so the courier can reach you.
